Plans For John Cena, Ryback Dolph Ziggler & More After WrestleMania 29

– Aside from WWE United States Champion Antonio Cesaro not having a match at Sunday’s WrestleMania show, another champion without a match is WWE Divas champion Kaitlyn. There has been talk of Kaitlyn and AJ Lee being added to the tag team title match, with Kaitlyn joining Team Hell No and AJ joining Dolph Ziggler joining Dolph Ziggler & Big E Langston’s team – with all titles on the line.

Whether or not Kaitlyn and AJ Lee are added to the match, the faction of AJ, Dolph Ziggler & Big E Langston are due for a big push coming out of WrestleMania.

– WWE officials have discussed having John Cena and Ryback feud over the WWE Championship after WrestleMania. Cena eliminated Ryback to win the 2013 Royal Rumble and Ryback got “screwed” out of the WWE title several times in late 2012 (Brad Maddox, The Shield) during matches against then-champion CM Punk, so Ryback going after a WWE Champion John Cena would certainly make sense.

Reactions To Dolph Ziggler's World Heavyweight Title Win

On Monday’s RAW, Dolph Ziggler finally cashed in his Money in the Bank briefcase and defeated Alberto Del Rio to become the new World Heavyweight champion. Here are some reactions from various WWE personalities, including the champ himself:

GCW announces Fight Forever 24-hour telethon event

Game Changer Wrestling has announced a 24-hour digital telethon event that will take place in late January.

Joey Janela came out during tonight’s Good Riddance pre-show event and announced that the promotion will be holding a 24-hour telethon called Fight Forever. The show will stream live for free starting on January 29 at 8 pm ET and will run through January 30 at 8 pm ET. It will be a closed set event.

The press release noted that GCW “will partner with individual talent to book curated programming blocks over the course of the telethon.” Matches and participating wrestlers will be announced over the next few weeks.

“Independent wrestling is built on the passion and dedication of its talented performers,” GCW promoter Brett Lauderdale said in the press release. “Their sacrifice fuels our industry. These athletes need support, and with no immediate end in sight to the current circumstances, FIGHT FOREVER is a historic opportunity for the wrestling community to come together and have their back when they need it the most.”

100% of the donations during the telethon will be given to the performers. Seed funding for the event has been donated by Orange Crush: The Journal of Art and Wrestling.

Tonight's WWE TV Tapings, WWE Crews Headed Overseas (Including Outlaws)

– WWE officials are anticipating big crowd reactions for Fandango and Wade Barrett at next week’s WWE TV tapings from London.

– Tonight’s WWE SmackDown and Main Event tapings take place from Knoxville, TN. Main Event will feature a Battle Royal for a shot at Wade Barrett’s Intercontinental championship. Smackdown will feature World champion Mark Henry & Big Show vs. Sheamus & Randy Orton.

– The New Age Outlaws have been added to the Smackdown brand’s live events on the upcoming European tour. The RAW crew left for overseas late Monday night, while the SmackDown crew departs after tonight’s tapings.

– “The Marine 3: Homefront” reached the number 11 spot on Home Media Magazine’s Top 20 rentals chart.

– WWE Champion John Cena turns 36 years old today. #HappyBirthdayJohnCena was trending worldwide on Twitter late Monday night.

Cena’s girlfriend Nikki Bella tweeted the following birthday message:

“Today’s a very special day. Happy Birthday to a very special man. Here’s to many more birthdays Superman! ❤”

– Speaking of the Bella Twins, they were conspicuously absent from Monday’s RAW. The reason they are not currently overseas touring with WWE is because they are doing doing media appearances for the new “Total Divas” reality show that will be airing on the E! Network. The Bellas attended an E! Upfront party on Monday night and tweeted the following photo of themselves with American Olympic gold medalist Ryan Lochte:

The Miz To Return On Next Week's WWE RAW

WWE Superstar The Miz will be taking a break from filming the ABC Family movie “Christmas Bounty,” which is co-produced by ABC Family and WWE Studios, to make an appearance on Monday’s RAW.

WWE Updates Big Show's Status, WWE Looking For a New Head Creative Writer

– WWE has published a storyline-driven article looking at Big Show’s absense from television. Here’s an excerpt:

“I have an ironclad contract!” he screamed through the phone. “I’ll take time off any time I want to, for as long as I want to! I don’t care if Booker doesn’t like it. I’m a giant! I don’t do what other people tell me to do. They do what I tell them to do. ‘Ironclad’ means I answer to no one. That includes Booker, and anyone else in WWE management.”

Big Show is currently out of action with a shoulder injury.

– WWE is currently searching for a new head creative writer. The position entails being responsible for building TV scripts and developing long-term storylines, as well as developing characters for new talents. According to f4wonline.com, WWE is looking for someone that has experience in either reality TV, sitcoms or character-based nonfiction.

WWE Signing New Top Wrestlers, Saturn/WWE, Damien Sandow Note

– WWE Superstar Damien Sandow recently spoke to children at the Wheatley Elementary School this past Thursday as part of the Child Abuse Initiative. Sandow said, “There were people who told me I wouldn’t achieve my dreams and I have and I just want to tell them anything is possible if they just believe in themselves and that’s not to sound generic. I’m living proof that it can actually happen.”

Carter Hopes Styles Makes "The Right Choice", Angle Attends Amateur Event

– Tonight on Impact Wrestling, it will be revealed whether TNA Wrestling cornerstone AJ Styles has turned his back on the company and the fans. The Aces and Eights have announced that on the show, they will hold a “Patching In” ceremony to officially welcome Styles intoto the gang.

TNA Wrestling President Dixie Carter posted a message on Twitter hyping the show, and hopes Styles will come to his senses. She wrote, “In Tampa for our 1st TNA Show EVER in that great city. #ImpactLIVE! going to be big tonight. @AJStylesOrg needs to make the right choice.”

– This week’s featured match on TNA Xplosion on Challenge UK features Mickie James squaring off against Tara.

– Last week at Grand Central Terminal in New York City, Kurt Angle attended “The Rumble On The Rails,” an amateur wrestling event where three of the world’s top powers joined forces in solidarity to promote the sport. The event was broadcast on the NBC Sports Network, with the multi-time wrestling champion and Olympic gold medalist being shown in attendance during ESPN coverage.
