Juste avant que l’on connaisse leurs notes, en toute fin d’émission, Camille Combal a souhaité rendre hommage à Idille Brunier.

Cette directrice de l’agence Idille, spécialisée dans la gestion du public des émissions télé, est décédée. “J’aimerais profiter de ce moment pour avoir une pensée pour Idille qui nous a quittés récemment. Elle était une partenaire fidèle de Danse avec les stars. Elle travaillait en télévision depuis des années, cette émission était l’une de ses préférées. Toute l’équipe se joint à moi pour envoyer de la force et du courage à sa famille dans cette épreuve. Cette émission lui est bien sûr dédiée“, a-t-il déclaré sur le plateau de Danse avec les stars, la photo de la défunte s’affichant sur l’écran géant.

Mais Idille Brunier n’avait que travaillé pour Danse avec les stars, elle s’occupait également de Secret Story, Les Enfants de la télé, les NRJ Music Awards, Miss France ou encore Ninja Warrior. “Je suis bouleversé d’apprendre la disparition d’Idille”, s’est ému Christophe Beaugrand sur Twitter. “Elle s’occupait notamment du public de Secret Story ou Ninja Warrior. Toujours attentionnée, pro et adorable. Je suis sûr que ceux qui venaient assister aux émissions se souviennent d’elle“, a-t-il conclu. “Je suis si triste“, a également écrit Valérie Damidot.

Sur Instagram, quelques hommages ont fleuri, à l’image de celui de Nikos Aliagas : “Je viens d’apprendre le décès d’une femme remarquable, Idille. Je n’ai pas les mots pour la saluer, tant cette funeste nouvelle, douloureuse pour sa famille et pour nous qui travaillions avec elle depuis vingt ans paraît irréelle (…) Je prie pour son âme, ses enfants et sa famille. Une belle âme partie trop tôt. Injustement trop tôt. Bon voyage mon amie.” Sandrine Quétier a également rendu hommage à Idille Brunier, depuis sa story Instagram : “Repose en paix.“

While at the WWE Performance Center and wearing a shirt with the NXT logo on it, NXT referee Drake Wuertz appeared via Zoom and spoke at last night’s Seminole County board of county commissioners meeting. Calling himself “a leader committed to fighting the evil of human trafficking and child exploitation,” Wuertz argued against the county’s mask mandate and — without evidence — claimed that continuing the mandate “only puts vulnerable children at risk of being preyed upon by traffickers and predators.” An emotional Wuertz also claimed that normalizing face coverings makes it easier for sex traffickers to target kids in their community because non-verbal cues are often the first sign in identifying distress in a potential victim of human trafficking. Post Wrestling transcribed a portion of Wuertz’s speech:

My name is Drake Wuertz, I’m a resident of Altamonte Springs. I’m a husband, I’m a father of three, I’m a volunteer in our community and I’m a leader committed to fighting evil of human trafficking and child exploitation. Thank you commissioner (Amy) Lockhart for bringing this issue to a vote, you have a backbone, you have common sense, and your courage will be rewarded. I’m proud to live in Seminole County, I’m proud of the values that our county stands on. However, the draconian measures, the micro-tyranny, and overall harm to our children that this commission has allowed by continuing this mask mandate is inexcusable. When the science has come out suggesting that masks are harmful and ineffective than originally thought you chose to continue forcing citizens to wear them. My family and many others, we simply do not comply. We recognize tyranny and we know when to push back against it. We know our rights do not come from the local government; our rights come from Almighty God. God gave we the people inalienable rights and we entrust you as our elected commissions and our elected officials to protect those rights. I’d also like to remind you all that all five of you’re are Republicans. Real Republicans defend liberty at all levels, you receive the vote to serve the people of Seminole County because you had an ‘R’ next to your name on the ballot. Make no mistake, if you don’t end this nonsense and start trusting your constituents to take personal responsibility by making their own informed decisions you will not get re-elected.

Fightful reported that Wuertz had his duties reduced in recent months and no longer has the title of head referee in NXT.
As a stipulation of Bronson Reed defeating Austin Theory on NXT last night, Reed will be getting another shot at Johnny Gargano’s North American Championship. WWE hasn’t announced when that match will be taking place. Reed unsuccessfully challenged for Gargano’s North American title at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver night two earlier this month. He got the title shot by winning a Gauntlet Eliminator match at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver night one.
Zayda Ramier (formerly known as AQA) got her first win in NXT last night. She defeated Toni Storm with a Shooting Star Press after Storm was distracted by Zoey Stark making her way out. Ramier was trained by Booker T at his Reality of Wrestling school and was a two-time Diamonds Division Champion for the Reality of Wrestling promotion.
On the latest episode of The Bellas Podcast, Carmella discussed Billie Kay and Peyton Royce being released by WWE: “I don’t know what the right or wrong things to say is. All I can speak from is my experience and we were super excited for this story and I felt like, okay, I’m done with this whole sexy gimmick that they want me to do, which is fine. It’s fun to be sexy, but I feel like I wanted to show my personality more. I wanted to show a little bit more of a fun side and I was looking forward to doing that with Billie. Like you said, our entrance alone, she was cracking me up. So I was really looking forward to seeing where that was going to go and unfortunately, we can’t do that anymore. Even Peyton, those two were some of my closest friends since they got here. So it was the first time I was really rocked by a release.”

Well, I just got home from a whirlwind trip to Music City, USA, Nashville where I made my return to professional wrestling commentary last night, making my debut for IMPACT Wrestling during the historic main event of the Rebellion pay-per-view. I’ve got to tell you; I had a blast working with D-Lo Brown and Matt Striker and what a match between AEW Champion Kenny Omega and Unified IMPACT belt holder Rich Swann in a title-for-title mega main event.

A big thank you to Scott D’Amore and all the people at IMPACT Wrestling for making me feel so welcome. It reminded me of, honestly, when I started my career at 16. Yeah, last night reignited my passion for professional wrestling. Very chill, relaxed atmosphere — a lot of support, a lot of respect, and a lot of hungry and determined roster comprising some decorated vets and some very talented up-and-comers. Man, they had their working boots on last night. I thought everyone delivered and from what I understand, the pay-per-view is getting rave reviews, and even more importantly, the pay-per-view buyrate should be one of the best that IMPACT Wrestling has done in some time. Yeah, it was great to see so many familiar faces and I do hope to get to do it again.

Aubrey Edwards noted that Brodie Lee will be eligible to be drafted to rosters in AEW’s Elite GM mobile game: “Yes, Brodie Lee is someone you can draft to your roster in Elite GM. His art was already made before his passing. I asked Amanda Huber if we could keep him in the game and she was absolutely cool with leaving him in. Little Brodie wanted him to stay in as well.”

During an appearance on Insight with Chris Van Vliet, former WWE music producer Jim Johnston said he’s never been contacted by AEW: “No and it always amazed me from a business angle. If I was in that work room, I would say ‘Vince just fired Jim, this is a way we could really stick it to them. Find that guy and get him in here this afternoon.’ It doesn’t make sense to me.”
On the ROHStrong Podcast, Homicide spoke about his return to ROH: “I’m still to this day, I’m a little bit surprised of this great comeback because when I left Ring of Honor, I thought I was never gonna come back. Not because of a bad political or business wise, it was just one of those like — I did everything. Now that I see that I’m older right now, I see myself doing more stuff for the company and making it bigger than what it is right now. So I’m just very blessed right now to be able to be part of this group and be part of a new chapter and a new era because back in the days, a lot of fans never saw my work in the old days of Ring of Honor and I raised some hell.

Pour quelqu’un qui a longtemps caché sa relation amoureuse au public, Kev Adams a subitement la langue bien pendue. L’humoriste a même prévu de parler très ouvertement du couple qu’il a formé avec Iris Mittenaere dans son nouveau spectacle intitulé Sois 10 ans. Une décision qui ne devrait pas brouiller les deux ex puisque, comme il l’explique dans les pages de Paris Match, il a obtenu l’autorisation de la sublime Miss Univers 2016 au préalable. “Elle est la première personne qui a vu mon spectacle, précise-t-il. Encore aujourd’hui, nous avons une très belle relation.“

Sur les réseaux sociaux, Kev Adams et Iris Mittenaere n’ont jamais caché qu’ils avait conservé de très bons contacts. Il faut dire que leur rupture ne date pas d’hier et que celle-ci ne s’est pas déroulée dans les larmes ni les cris de rage. “J’ai toujours beaucoup d’amour pour elle. Notre histoire n’a pas marché car nous étions tous les deux très jeunes et très occupés, se souvient-il. Mais quand vous partagez votre vie avec quelqu’un pendant près d’un an, l’affection ne disparaît pas du jour au lendemain. Parler d’elle sur scène, c’était aussi ma façon de lui faire comprendre que je suis terriblement fier d’être sorti avec une fille comme elle.” Le message est passé…

Iris Mittenaere, trop occupée pour tomber amoureuse ?

Ce n’est pas la première fois que l’on entend ce genre de propos de la bouche de l’un de ses anciens petits amis. Tout récemment, le beau chorégraphe Anthony Colette – Danse avec les stars – donnait une version très similaire à celle de Kev Adams pour expliquer sa séparation avec Iris Mittenaere. Outre leur caractère “très susceptible“, il évoquait alors “des objectifs de vie” qui n’étaient pas “compatibles à ceux de l’autre”. “Ça s’est terminé il n’y a pas très longtemps, concluait-il. Mais on est restés en bons termes, c’est la vie.” Voilà qui lui permet, au moins, de savoir sur quel pied danser…

On last night’s NXT, Adam Cole made his first appearance since the aftermath of TakeOver: Stand & Deliver.

Cole took part in a sit-down interview with sports writer and radio host Arash Markazi on last night’s show. Cole claimed that Kyle O’Reilly got lucky in their unsanctioned match at TakeOver: Stand & Deliver and isn’t ready for the main event spot. Cole said he knows O’Reilly isn’t sure if he’s ready to be in the main event or ready to be NXT Champion. Cole said the reason O’Reilly is feeling those insecurities is because they’re very real.

Cole vowed that as long as he’s in NXT, O’Reilly will never take his spot.

Cole was then asked about the NXT Championship picture. Cole said NXT Champion Karrion Kross is good, but he doesn’t know if Kross is great yet. Cole brought up the separated shoulder that Kross suffered when he won the NXT Championship for the first time last year. Cole questioned whether the injury was a freak mistake or a sign that Kross isn’t ready. Cole said that — if and when he decides he wants to go after the NXT Championship — the clock will be ticking for Kross.

When asked what’s next for him, Cole said it’s no one else’s business and refused to answer. Cole said he’s carried NXT and is pissed off that people think O’Reilly is going to replace him. Cole said that — no matter where he ends up — he’s going to be the best damn Adam Cole that anyone has ever seen.

As Cole’s interview ended, O’Reilly was shown watching it on a television screen and shaking his head in disgust.

Pour rpondre aux nombreuses rflexions faites sur mon autre photo prcdente : OUI, j’ai fait une sleeve, il y a maintenant 3 ans, j’tais en obsit morbide puisque je dpassais les 120kg, et OUI j’ai des cicatrices dues cette opration qui consiste enlever les 2/3 de l’estomac, qui contraint la personne vie : – manger 5 fois par jour l’quivalent de ce que mange un enfant de 3 ans.. ( donc le peu n’est que nutritif et gourmandise) – prendre chaque jour des mdicaments pour l’estomac et des compliments alimentaires pour palier la diversit peu ingrable dans une journe.. Ce n’est pas si facile et simple que beaucoup le pensent .. Vertiges, nauses et fatigue sont quotidiens et il faut apprendre vivre avec.. C’est une bataille difficile de chaque jour MAIS qui en vaut la peine .. et dont ( je pense) on peut tre FIRE !!! Je continuerai dire que c’est possible car je suis vraiment Trop contente !! Je retrouve peu peu mon corps et j’en suis fire .. Trop contente !! Je retrouve peu peu mon corps et j’en suis fire .. Il y a quelques annes mon poids dpassait 120kg..J’ai subit les moqueries et surtout j’ai connu comme tout devient difficile faire lorsqu’on est ce poids l.. Il m’aura fallu des annes mais voil, je voudrais dire que tout est possible.. Avant j’avais pas conscience de la chance d’avoir le corps de naade que j’avais et maintenant je peux vous dire que je m’apprcie mme avec mes rondeurs !!!! Enfin pouvoir me sentir femme.. C’est avec des couleurs et dans une joie relative qu’ils ont décidé de faire leurs adieux à leur petite Adelaide. Huit jours après la disparition de leur fille, décédée le 12 octobre 2019 au terme d’un long combat contre l’épilepsie, le comédien Miguel Cervantes et son épouse Kelly lui ont organisé une cérémonie en hommage.

MLW’s television deal with Vice TV will kick off as MLW debuts on the channel this weekend.

MLW has announced that it will premiere on Vice TV at noon Eastern time this Saturday (May 1). Archival MLW programming will be spotlighted on Vice TV leading into the promotion’s next season beginning this summer.

“A national audience on cable and satellite will witness the rise of CONTRA Unit, a new hope emerge with the arrival of Ross and Marshall Von Erich and some dynastic moments from Alex Hammerstone and Richard Holliday,” MLW wrote.

“This Saturday we kick off an exciting new chapter as millions of fans can now tune in to Vice TV for Major League Wrestling,” MLW CEO Court Bauer said. “Just like Vice TV, MLW is an unfiltered and immersive experience.”

The current season of MLW will close out with the Wednesday, May 5 edition of MLW Fusion. New episodes will then come to Vice TV with the start of MLW’s next season. MLW announced last week that they’ll be holding a set of TV tapings at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania on Saturday, July 10. It will be the first MLW show with a live crowd since March 2020. The 2300 Arena is following city and state guidelines for the latest capacity requirements and safety standards.

The deal is not exclusive as MLW will continue with both programming on BeIn Sports as well as planning for special live events on DAZN which haven’t started yet due to the pandemic. Library content will also remain on DAZN. The company is also in talks for a new streaming deal.

Vice TV has had great success with Dark Side of the Ring, the most popular show in the history of their network, but this will be the first time they have expanded to add a regular weekly pro wrestling show. Those shows will cross promote each other.

The civilian oversight agency of the Chicago Police Department on Thursday released videos and other materials that show 13-year old Adam Toledo had his hands raised and was not holding a gun when an officer shot and killed him in the city’s Little Village neighborhood on March 29.

Police previously said the child was in an “armed confrontation” and a handgun was later found at the scene, about 10 feet away. At a court hearing Saturday for a 21-year-old man who was with Toledo, a prosecutor with the Cook County State’s Attorney’s Office said the 13-year-old had a gun in his hand and did not mention that boy had raised both hands before being shot by an officer who had chased him.

The office said Thursday that the prosecutor “failed to fully inform himself before speaking in court. Errors like that cannot happen and this has been addressed with the individual involved. The video speaks for itself.”

The revelation intensified outrage over the killing within and beyond Chicago:

The release comes during the trial of Derek Chauvin, the ex-cop accused of murdering George Floyd, an unarmed Black man, in Minneapolis last year. Floyd family attorney Ben Crump tweeted that he had seen the footage and would not be sharing it. He said: “It’s horrifying, traumatic, and another reminder of the police brutality epidemic we continue to face in America—and the urgent need for police reform!!”

The footage made public by Chicago’s Civilian Office of Police Accountability (COPA) includes body-worn and third-party videos. The release followed the city’s corporation counsel, Celia Meza, meeting with attorneys for the Toledo family, Adeena Weiss Ortiz and Joel Hirschhorn.

“If you’re shooting an unarmed child with his hands in the air, it is an assassination,” Weiss Ortiz said Thursday. “The fact of the matter is that he was walking on the street and he was shot, shot unarmed. That could have been me in that street, that could have been my son in that street, that could have been any one of us in that alley.”

“If you’re like me, and refuse to watch the video of 13-year-old Adam Toledo being murdered by Chicago police this is all you need to know: 1. His hands were up and empty. 2. He was shot in the chest, which was exposed because his hands were up and empty. This system killed him,” said Eva Maria Lewis of the Free Root Operation.

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot called for calm on Thursday—a message that frustrated some people mourning the child’s death.

“As more and more people see this footage, I want to ask again that everyone tuning in right now think first and foremost about Adam Toledo, about what his family is enduring every single day since they learned of his passing,” Lightfoot said. “I also ask that each of us give them space to breathe.”

“Even as our understanding of this incident continues to evolve, this remains a complicated and nuanced story. And we all must proceed with deep empathy and calm and, importantly, peace,” she added, calling the footage “excruciating” to watch.

COPA also asked for “calm and peace” following the release as well as “patience” as the agency continues its “full, thorough, and objective investigation of the entire incident, which includes not only the officer’s use of deadly force but also the actions of other involved officers leading up to and following the deadly shooting to determine whether each officer’s actions complied with department policy directives and training.”

In a statement Thursday, ACLU of Illinois executive director Colleen Connell said that “the release of the body camera footage and other materials by Chicago police today cannot obscure one, central fact: a 13-year-old boy was shot and killed by those sworn to protect and serve our community. The video released today shows that police shot Adam Toledo even though his hands were raised in the air.”

“The pain of seeing this footage only adds to the pain and grief experienced by the Toledo family and the community. We join all those mourning this loss of life,” Connell continued. “The investigation of this death must be complete and transparent. The people of Chicago deserve answers about the events surrounding this tragic interaction. These answers must come through complete disclosure and public reporting, and not through careful assertions crafted by police and prosecutors.”

“Given the long, sad history of the CPD, public accountability must be the guide post for this moment,” she added. “The anger and frustration expressed by many in viewing the video is understandable and cannot be ignored. Now is a moment to truly embrace impacted communities in a critical discussion about needed changes to policing—including the adoption of a long-overdue foot chase policy that emerges from true, face-to-face community dialogue and real change.”
