最近Google Ads新开户的朋友，应该会遇到好多问题，一个就是支付方式的绑定（这个我们在之前的文章有提到），另一个比较常见的问题就是今天讨论的”您的付款资料目前已被暂停使用“，具体报错截图如下：

问题分析

上面报错出现在Google Ads新开户的时候提示，但是也是分情况：

第一种情况：即使您新广告开户，也可能不会出现该项认证，这种情况是您之前”付款用户“（通常就是您的企业主体）注册过相关的Google账号，并且使用过账号付过款，或者说是之前认证过。这个时候你再注册Google Ads选择之前使用过的付款资料即可，此时就不需要验证了。

第二种情况：之前的企业主体没有注册过Google相关的账号，并且没有付过款，这个时候呢。你肯定就遇到提示”您的付款资料目前已被暂停使用。“所以你就按照Google Ads流程进行下一步操作即可。

解决问题

提示”您的付款资料目前已被暂停使用。“时，在谷歌广告的账户后台会有一个红色的背景提示，最后面有一个按钮”解决问题“，点击即可！点击进入如下截图页面，填写个人信息，信息填写”付款用户“的即可！！！

”付款用户“只需要他的身份证。填写他的中文姓名，再上传他的身份证正反面照片！

填写完成上面信息，即可上传，等待回复。

补充20220908:原因分析

当通过官方一般途径提交给Google Pay一直无法得到官方回复时，我们可以尝试直接表单提交给Google ads官方小组。一般表单（目前只能表单，其他途径都不靠谱）提交给Google Ads问题小组，基本3天内会给到回复，并且协助解决账户付款资料验证的问题。

由Google Ads官方小组提交之后，很快就会有下一步的动作，你将会收到下面一份邮件。

获得这份电子邮件，以及结合之前创建的好几个不同主体，但是付款Paypal都是用相同一个，并且还都是被要求进行付款验证的情况，推断出来。如果Google Ads付款资料被暂停，并且要求验证的情况，一定和你付款方式直接相关。

Google Ads官方暂停的原因可能是，不确定这个付款账户是不是你的，以及你的付款账户正不正常，是不是有问题，所以先给你暂停掉，然后除了验证你的Google Ads的相关信息，还要核实你的付款人（银行卡/Paypal）和你账户的关系。
