Authorities in Himachal Pradesh’s Kullu District have issued an alert after the Indian Meteorological Department predicted heavy rainfall and snowfall from November 10 to 12 in the area.
Western disturbance may lead to occurrence of light to moderate rainfall and snowfall at isolated to scattered places in the state during this period, Manmohan Singh, Director, Meteorological Centre, Shimla said.
