– There will be an in-ring face off between Adam Cole & Johnny Gargano to promote their TakeOver: New York main event for the vacant NXT Title. The Undisputed Era will then appear on the stage to get Cole’s back and intimidate Gargano.
– Vanessa Borne & Aliyah vs. Kacy Catanzaro & Lacey Lane ends when NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler, Marina Shafir & Jessamyn Duke interfere in the match. The heels would then retreat while The Horsewomen beat Lacey & Kacy down.
– Matt Riddle def. Kona Reeves. NXT North American Champion The Velveteen Dream would then head out and speak from a couch while two women stood by his side. Dream would reveal that he will be defending his NXT North American Title against Riddle at TakeOver: New York.
– Ricochet & Aleister Black def. The Forgotten Sons to win The 2019 Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic, earning a shot at NXT Tag Team Champions The War Raiders for The NXT Tag Team Titles at The TakeOver: New York Event. After the match, Black & Ricochet would pose with the trophy in the ring. Their match with The War Raiders is confirmed for TakeOver as Hanson & Rowe would come down for a stare-down, holding the titles in Black & Ricochet’s faces. Ricochet & Black would then talk about how important NXT and Full Sail has been to them, adding that this may be their last Full Sail tapings. They would also talk about leaving NXT soon and say that they will always be NXT.
