The highlight of this week’s Being The Elite saw Matt Jackson continue his effort to attract more viewers in the 50+ demographic. He used oil pastels to create a beautiful work of art.
Other highlights from episode 214 included:
The cold open saw Brandon Cutler confront Best Friends and Orange Cassidy about their plan to murder him.
John Silver was knocked out on the floor with paper shoved in his mouth after a paper slap from Brodie Lee.
Alex Abrahantes, Santana, Ortiz, Jake Hager and Dasha Gonzalez taught us the Spanglish phrase “tiki tiki.” Dasha then went after Hager and chased him through the building for using the term.
Colt Cabana continued his quest to see Kenny Omega. Michael Nakazawa intercepted him and told him not to because Kenny was going to hurt him.
Brandon Cutler, Peter Avalon and Leva Bates huddled after Cutler and Avalon had lost another match. Avalon was mad that Cutler refused to cheat. Cutler cut a promo on Avalon and explained how much their first win will mean if they don’t cheat.
Frankie Kazarian was still stuck in his southern wrestling character. Big Money Matt Hardy approached and offered him water from the Lake of Reincarnation for $500 that would snap him out of it. After a prolonged negotiation Kaz drank the water and returned to his normal self.
Matt Jackson told Private Party that he was dead ass.
Mr. Brodie Lee berated Silver, Alex Reynolds and Evil Uno for failing to recruit Jungle Boy or Hangman Page to Dark Order. Uno put on a football helmet to avoid getting hit with a stack of papers. Lee told him to take the helmet off and hit him with papers anyway.
Page approached FTR backstage. He thanked them for saving him on Dynamite last week and asked if they wanted to get a beer at the hotel bar. They agreed. Page left with FTR and told Cutler not to tell the Bucks where he went.
