Next week’s episode of AEW Dynamite, in addition to the excitement of the show taking place on an actual boat at sail on the ocean, will feature a huge #1 contender’s match between Jon Moxley and PAC.
Moxley defeated the “Spanish God” Sammy Guevara in a hard-hitting match to advance to the finals of a very brief four-man tournament, but after the action he was assaulted by the Inner Circle, with AEW World Champion Chris Jericho stabbing him in the eye with a spike.
Despite doctors trying to take him to the hospital, Mox claimed that he would make it to next week’s match with one eye, no eyes, and even if he was half dead. He’ll have to take on PAC, who made it through Darby Allin this evening, suffering some nasty looking bruises and cuts of his own.
