Coming on the heels of “All In” selling out in under thirty minutes, and news of WWE securing new TV deals which will pay the company in excess of over $2 billion, Biz Journals is reporting Ring of Honor Wrestling is set to make its Madison Square Garden debut in 2019.
The report notes Sinclair Broadcast Group Inc. CEO Chris Ripley plans to take advantage of a “very passionate fanbase,” with events taking place in bigger venues than ROH is used to running.

One of the venues that has been secured is The World’s Most Famous Arena and the previous “home” of WWE, New York City’s famed Madison Square Garden. The report claims ROH has secured a date at MSG in 2019 to hold an event.
“We have been scaling in terms of our production quality,” Ripley said.
The report points out that the value of ROH could be on the rise, and Ripley is said to be pleased with the value which is currently being placed on Sports Entertainment as a result of the recent “All In” success, WWE TV deals, and more.
