According to our colleagues at Sky Sports and the Daily Mail, Chelsea have submitted a bid worth more than £30m for PSG central defender David Luiz.

We have had no confirmation on the French side of the Channel that this is the case other than to say that Chelsea came to PSG a couple of weeks ago, allegedly willing to offer €55m in order to sign Marquinhos.
The response was non from PSG.
