In a shocking incident, a former IIT-Delhi student committed suicide inside the campus by jumping off from the seventh floor of the building. Anshum Gupta, a 31-year-old software engineer was a MTech in computer science and engineering student of 2010 batch at IIT Delhi.
He had then completed his MPhil and worked with several MNCs in India and the US. After spending a couple of years in the US, Gupta had returned to India in 2015 and has been living with his mother since.
