WWE NXT UK star Jordan Devlin has revealed he doesn’t want to wrestle Cody Rhodes, taking a shot at The Elite star over time limits at events.
Cody Rhodes had put a tweet asking fans who they wanted to see him wrestle in the future with one person stating they wanted to see him wrestle Jordan Devlin.
Whilst the fan wanted that match, Jordan Devlin made it very clear he doesn’t want that to happen, stating it’s a pass from him as he has respect for OTT Wrestling and sticks to his times.
Devlin was referring to the OTT Being The Elite show in 2017 where Rhodes faced Flip Gordon and Fenxi in a triple threat which he won and he then went on to cut a lengthy promo following the match.

This impacted the length of time Devlin had in the main event which caused many fans to actually miss the match as they had to leave due to travel.
Cody saw this and responded to Devlin stating that he was unaware they had times, adding that the show was named after them and wasn’t dependent on PPV guidelines. The first inkling he got was when the referee asked him to take it home and he felt disrespected and didn’t want to short the fans in attendance, apologizing if it created any issues for him.
Pass from me. I have respect for both @kitsunenairu and @OTT_wrestling mgmt, I stick to my times. 👎🏼

Mate, you could have gone for a three course meal and a haircut while that promo was going on and still made it back.

I was unaware we had times. The show was named after us & not dependent on ppv/cable guidelines. The first inkling I got of it was the referee asking me to “take it home”. I felt disrespected by that and didn’t want to short the fans. Apologies if it created issue for you.
